Role Overview :
The Taxpayer Advocate Office collaborates with Indiana Taxpayers to address concerns for a range of programs. The office emphasizes what we can provide for our clients, and we strive diligently to deliver solutions to their issues.
You will guide and cultivate the team in critical thinking and analytical abilities to navigate our established procedures within the Taxpayer Advocate Office. You will also lead the way to continuous improvements. You will work with Assistant Director to set expectations, measure progress, provide ongoing feedback, and evaluate the performance of the office. You will ensure that work adheres to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.

Previous experience in financial services or a strong understanding of financial concepts is advantageous.
Salary : This position starts at an annual salary of $53,222 and may be commensurate with education and job experience.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours that may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and / or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
