What Will I Be Doing as an AT&T Sales Team Member?

• Engage with potential customers to broaden wireless service solutions
• Assess customer needs across wireless offerings.
• Clearly communicate the value of AT&T’s products, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages
• Customize and present solutions that align with each customer’s preferences, usage, connectivity requests and budget.
• Apply sales strategies to confidently close and process any orders for customers
• Process upgrades with accuracy, ensuring all sales documentation is completed and submitted properly for a seamless order
• Participate in training and skill development to stay sharp on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
