Full-time

A full-service consulting firm specializing in forensic investigative services is seeking a Forensic Architect, to help them identify and solve issues with construction and building in Northern California.

Your Day Includes :

Conducting forensic field inspections to determine issues and causes, and provide / suggest solutions

Reviewing and understanding construction plans / documents / timeline for new or existing buildings and standards of care

Creating detailed plans of loss, including summaries, scopes, schedules, and budgets

Communicating effectively with various audiences, including technical and non-technical personnel, and defending opinions under vigorous examination

Providing expert witness testimony for court depositions or trials

Must Haves :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

5 years of consulting experience and 10 years of working experience

NCARB accreditation and a licensed architect

Slip testing certification and insurable driving history
