Medical Device Security Coordinator Scottish Rite for Children
Location : Dallas – Shared Services
Schedule : Monday – Friday, Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and communicating centralized Access Management processes and standards to support business continuity and access maturity (e.g., unique identity, privileged account management, segregation of duties SOD, role-based access control RBAC)
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy and execution of that strategy
- Responsible for the full life cycle (on-boarding to off-boarding) of user account provisioning, modifying, and de-provisioning
- Responsible for development of a comprehensive Asset Management Tracking strategy and execution of that strategy
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of information security policy, procedure, guidelines, and standard
- Responsible for the development of key information security operational metrics
- Collaborates with project teams to assess IAM compatibility and integration with current and new applications, recommend solutions and documents exceptions to promote increasing application integration and authentication compatibility
- Responsible for the maintenance of Disaster Recovery policies and procedures
- Responsible for the creation and monitoring of the disaster recovery application matrix
- Responsible for tracking risk remediation activities, incidents, and reporting outcomes
- Responsible for internally auditing established information security processes, and policy, procedure, and standards implementation and effectiveness
Required Skills & Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Science of Information Technology, Computer Information Technology, Operational / Technical Process Improvement or a related field preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in Information TechnologyMinimum 5 years of experience in Access Management / Information SecurityMay have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirementsExcellent technical documentation skillsEffectively communicate in verbal and written formats with all employees, departments, and Senior LeadershipMust have a collaborative work style that includes and values the views of others in recommendations and decisionsWorking Environment
