Global Supply Chain Manager

The TRG Growth Practice is seeking a motivated Senior Division Supply Chain Manager to join one of our leading Manufacturing Clients in the North Carolina.
Our client is a growth minded, acquisition driven leader with strong financials, and a track record of customer success.
We need a proven Supply Chain Leader laser focused on metrics, profitability and continuous improvement. This site is poised for tremendous growth over the next couple years, providing a high level of visibility for the right candidate.
We need a strong manager, with a background developing people and processes able to lead and own end to end supply chain strategy for the division.
This role will have a high level of visibility, with a strong growth path into higher levels of responsibility in the Supply Chain Org or potentially Site Leadership.

Desired Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain Leadership Role
- Proven Operations Planning & Material Execution Strategy Skills
- Ability to drive operational performance, and coach & build a world class team
- Strong Sense of Urgency & Natural Ability to Drive Metrics
