We are seeking a highly organized and driven Non-IT Project Manager to spearhead a variety of projects ranging from engineering, research and development, to financial systems and product roll-outs.
This position is ideal for a candidate looking to impact business success on a global scale through an innovative Business Partners for Agencies platform.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Manage and coordinate diverse project activities, including calendaring, vendor management, content management, and global communications.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships, coordinating projects that integrate various technical activities, ensuring goals are met with minimal risks.
- Engage directly with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss and define project specifications and procedures.
- Review and oversee the approval of contracts, cost estimates, and design changes, presenting detailed reports and findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze and assess the feasibility of projects based on technology, resource needs, and market demand, supporting the strategic expansion of the Business Partners for Agencies.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a non-IT field.
- Strong understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Proficiency in Google Suites, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Asana.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
- PMI or PMP certification is highly regarded.
- Experience in managing events and educational workshops is advantageous.
