JOB TITLE : Video & Digital Media Fellow
ACCOUNTABLE TO : Associate Director of Communications
PURPOSE : The Video and Digital Media Specialist assists in bringing Roswell Presbyterian Church’s worship, mission outreach and ministries to life through high-quality livestream, video storytelling, and creative content. This role ensures a polished experience for both in-person and online audiences, supports video production for church-wide efforts, manages technical media needs, and shares Roswell Presbyterian Church’s message across our digital platforms.

SALARY : Approximate salary : $25,000 annually
ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
The Roswell Presbyterian Church (RPC) fellowship is a two-year paid position. This role is a specialized training opportunity that represents a subspecialty of communications and is more advanced than an internship. It focuses on professional development and contributing to high-level projects. Employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen and background check.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Provide video content that implements the communications strategy for RPC ministries with emphasis on stewardship updates and telling our mission outreach story.
(2) Serve as a team member of Communications and RPC Staff
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge : Practical experience with sound, lighting, video recording, and livestream equipment, including cameras, microphones, and teleprompters; familiarity with digital media platforms like YouTube, podcast services, social media, and livestream software.
Skills : Proficient in video editing and motion graphics for event promotions; skilled in content planning, including scripting, shoot coordination, and interviews; experienced in managing digital assets like video archives, B-roll, photo libraries, and posting on-demand content.
Abilities : Collaborate creatively with pastoral, worship, and ministry teams to enhance worship media; troubleshoot and manage live production and AV setups for smooth livestream and virtual events; adapt quickly to changing workflows and project needs.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Performance evaluations shall be conducted on an annual basis by the Associate Director of Communications in conjunction with the Director of Communications and the Personnel Ministry.

This job description may be amended under the direction of the Associate Director of Communications, the Director of Communications, the Senior Pastor and the Personnel Ministry.
