About the Role

As a Commercial Implementation & Service Engineer , you will play a crucial role in deploying, maintaining, and servicing our cutting-edge technology at customer sites. You will work closely with both the commercial and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing support of our products. This role will involve extensive hands-on work with both hardware and software, requiring frequent travel across the UK and Europe to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during product deployment and installation.
• Schedule, coordinate, and execute the installation of Dexory's hardware and software solutions, including mechanical, electrical, software, and network components.
• Conduct on-site and off-site servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions for installation, service, and repair tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
• Document installation, deployment, operational, and troubleshooting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead or support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
