Trigyns direct government client has an immediate need for an IT Support Specialist in New York, NY.

Description

These resources will support the ITS nondedicated team employees by installing, recovering, troubleshooting, updating, surplusing and refreshing computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, docking stations, phones, iPad and Apple devices, onboarding and offboarding employees.

Responsibilities

• Install, recover, troubleshoot, update, surplus and refresh computer equipment for ITS nondedicated team employees.
• Onboard and offboard employees with appropriate equipment and access.
