Description : Requirements :

• Minimum 5-7 Years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Windows 10, Server 2016-2022 and Active Directory.
• Proficient installing, configuring, imaging, deploying and maintaining Windows 10.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft services such as SCCM, MDT, WSUS, WVD & GPO's
• Proficient with troubleshooting communication issues involving Networking and Security technology such as Wireless Devices / VPN / Firewalls / Proxies / DNS / AV & Encryption.
• Excellent verbal & communication skills
• Must have exceptional documentation and writing skills.
• Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Teams and Visio knowledge is required.
• Cyber security awareness and attention to permissions, risks and mitigation processes
• A solid foundation in Information Technology, including the principles, practices and functions of an Enterprise IT Department.
• Ability to make decisions and provide solutions by inquiring, listening and evaluating requirements.
• Any experience with Police, Physical Security or Public Safety is a major plus.
