Senior Financial Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Administer and analyze sales compensation plans, managing the commission calculation process

Develop financial models and perform ad-hoc analysis to support business planning and decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance and / or Accounting

5+ years of experience in financial analysis and / or sales compensation analysis

3+ years of experience in an FP&A function preferred

Strong background in quantitative data analysis and financial modeling

Proficiency with CRM tools and ERP systems, with experience in sales compensation tools preferred
