Job Summary

Looking for a candidate who is available to teach morning classes (8am-12pm Mon-Thurs)

The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for all tasks and activities related to course instruction for the Injection Molding program. Successful candidates will be responsible for :

  • Delivering training content and lab activities through in-person instruction,
  • Maintaining appropriate course material inventory, lab safety and maintenance, lesson planning
  • Tracking student progress and maintaining records
  • Clear communication (expectations and feedback to students on progress)
  • Maintaining professional relationships with industry partners

Essential Responsibilities and Duties Lead the delivery of lecture and lab material to studentsDevelop new course work for injection molding classesEdit existing course material to reflect current industry standardsInterface with industry partnersMaintain injection molding presses and lab spaceProduce injection molded parts with polypropylene Essential Responsibilities and Duties Continued Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience using injection molding presses
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors in engineering or related field
  • Experience teaching adult learners
  • RJG Master Molder certification
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Develop process sheets for injection molded parts
  • Familiar with injection molding machines, mold changes, setting up mold cooling lines
  • Familiar with basic functions in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships across the College. Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities.
