Title : Buyer Entry Level
Role : Permanent Role / Direct Hire, includes benefits and PTO
Location : Langhorne, PA
Hours : Standard M-F Hours
Salary : $45k-$55k
This role will be onsite 5 days a week, vaccination policy in place as of 1 / 3 / 2022.
Role reports to the Purchasing Manager and handles direct and indirect purchasing.
Responsibilities
Assist purchasing team with managing and placing supplier orders
Answer calls and inquiries made to the purchasing department
Utilize reporting system for all tracking & reporting
Help with oversight of the materials and inventory management
Oversee orders and coordinate deliveries
Experience
Highschool or equivalent minimum, preference on a college level supply chain degree
2+ years of purchasing experience or internship experience
Previous experience working for a manufacturing company required
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for long periods of time, in an office setting
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
