A thriving e-commerce brand is seeking a Creative Director to lead its creative vision and execution across all visual touchpoints. This role involves managing a creative team and ensuring brand consistency while producing engaging and innovative visuals that drive customer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities Include :

Leading and mentoring designers, photographers, and creatives

Overseeing product visuals, packaging, and marketing collateral

Establishing and enforcing brand guidelines

Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations on creative strategies

Reviewing and approving all creative assets

Elevating brand storytelling through design and multimedia content

Ideal Qualifications :

Strong graphic design portfolio with innovative work

Proven experience leading a creative team

Deep understanding of branding, product presentation, and e-commerce marketing

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary : $100k - $125k / Year
