Renwick Hospitality Group is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Altair. You must be a career minded individual that is seeking to evolve into their next step. This role is ideal for Sous Chefs that want to learn more about the business side, while continuing to hone their culinary skills and to eventually develop the skillset to become an Executive Chef. The Executive Sous Chef will work directly with the Executive Chef and handle daily operations for all business outlets, Altair (restaurant), Bar Room at Altair (cocktail bar), ART Midtown (seasonal rooftop lounge), The Bodega at Altair (lobby general store) in addition to Banquets and Events.
