Purchasing Agent—HVAC / Plumbing experience preferred!

Immediate opportunity! We are really looking for a very special person to fill this position in our busy Warehouse OPS Team!

Have you ever worked in HVAC & Plumbing Supply industry, for Ferguson, Johnstone or FW Webb? Parts Counter experience? We REALLY want to talk to YOU!

Location : East Hanover, NJ - RUSSO BROS

Schedule : Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM / 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Work Type : Full-Time- On-site

Pay : $21.00-$24.00 / hr

What we are looking for :

• 3–5 years of procurement, buying, or expediting experience (HVAC / plumbing industry preferred)
• Knowledge of inventory management and procure-to-pay P2P processes
• ServiceTitan or similar ERP system experience a plus
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Background in HVAC, plumbing, automotive service, or supply house experience preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage high volume and competing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
