We’re growing—and looking for a seasoned professional to join our expanding Water Quality team in Baton Rouge, LA. What You’ll Be Doing :
- Delivering water quality permit and compliance services for leading industrial clients.
- Managing projects from kickoff to completion—budgets, timelines, QA / QC, and client relationships.
- Preparing high-quality technical correspondence, reports, and proposals.
- Serving as a liaison with regulatory agencies in Louisiana and Texas.
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff.
- Conducting occasional fieldwork as needed.

Qualification :
A BS or MS in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a closely related field.At least 8 years of consulting experience in water quality.5–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial wastewater permitting and compliance.In-depth knowledge of water quality regulations, including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Safe Drinking Water Act, and CWA Section 316(b), especially in Louisiana and / or Texas.Strong expertise in NPDES / TPDES / LPDES discharge permitting and compliance.Proficiency in developing compliance plans (e.g., SPCC, SWPPP, FRP, Dock Operations, TRE / TIE).Excellent communication skills—with the ability to distill technical data into clear, client-ready language.Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful project delivery and client engagement.The ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards.Willingness to participate in professional organizations and attend industry conferences.________________________________________
Additional Requirements :
Must meet all Drug & Alcohol, Health & Safety, and Security requirements—including eligibility for a TWIC card.Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to operate a full-size pickup truck safely is essential.Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.________________________________________
