Product Manager

Responsibilities

Drive execution : Deliver transformative customer benefit through AI-powered solutions that drive engagement, new subscriber growth, and retention.

Strategy and Innovation : Leverage market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to define the strategy and deliver the benefit

Lead the Roadmap : Own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest customer and business value, working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Deeply understand the needs of small and mid-market businesses, translating those insights into delightful and intuitive mobile experiences.

Define KPIs and regularly analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize for growth.

Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, data science, and GTM teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

7-10 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on mobile product development at scale.

Experience using AI tools to deliver AI solutions to customers.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drove significant customer engagement and business growth.

Deep understanding of mobile ecosystems, technologies, and best practices (iOS and Android).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.

Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of articulating complex product concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.

Experience in the FinTech, SaaS, or small business segment is a strong plus.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.
