Executive Pastry Chef Responsibilities :
- Manage pastry team, including mentorship and development
- Oversee daily pastry production in the commissary kitchen
- Work with the Culinary Director on R&D, streamlining operations, and ensuring quality is met
- Implement, train, and delegate new menu items, new recipes, and tasks to the team
