WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Product Engineer on the Solutions Management team, you’ll be instrumental in guiding product development and managing our solution portfolio, ensuring our offerings align with customer and market demands.

This highly technical role spans connectivity, networking, digital platforms, and unified communications. You will engineer and deliver managed service products that integrate networking technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Ericsson, Digi) with digital and voice solutions (e.g., SIP, WebRTC, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoTo, Twilio). Working in an Agile environment, you’ll drive innovation, ensure quality, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

Major duties and responsibilities :

Solution Design & Integration :

• Design, engineer, and implement solutions that combine hardware, software, network services, and digital communication platforms.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, UCaaS, and digital collaboration tools.
• Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications, architecture, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align solutions with market and customer needs.
