Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Palm Beach)

LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a full-time onsite role in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have 810 years of experience supporting complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and loan closings
• Track and maintain due diligence checklists, contract deadlines, and post-closing obligations
• Draft corporate resolutions, written consents, and certifications for transactions
• Review and assist with company agreements, easements, and construction-related documents
• Maintain legal files, litigation logs, and corporate filings for all entities
• Prepare documents for signature, ensure accuracy of signature blocks, and act as Notary
• Process legal invoices and assist with day-to-day operations of the legal department
