Your Role :

As an LPN, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities include :

• Administering medications and treatments as per healthcare provider prescriptions
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient health information
• Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans
• Providing skilled wound care and nursing interventions
• Supervising Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in daily patient care
• Ensuring adherence to all healthcare regulatory standards
