Position Overview :

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Servers and Server Assistants with a strong work ethic, and an endless curiosity to learn and grow with our restaurant. For this position we offer $16.50 / hr for training and $18 / hr plus tips once training is completed.

This position reports to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Beverage Manager.

Desired Qualifications :

Qualified Server Assistants must work well with others, have a sense of urgency, and enjoy creating a collaborative working environment that allows our whole team to grow and learn together.

• 1+ year of experience as a server in a fast-paced, well-rated restaurant
• Ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional service to guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full availability, including weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus but not required
