Position Responsibilities :
- Assist with Sales outreach utilizing a target account approach (ABM)
- Book meetings via phone and / or email (80% outbound activity)
- Respond to inbound leads in a professional and timely manner to secure a meeting for the Account Executive (20% activity)
- Assist in pre- and post-event outreach to drive engagement
- Strategize with Sales and Marketing on key accounts for targeted marketing outreach
- Supports Sales through the use of various prospecting tools
- Serve as a data steward for Salesforce to keep lead / contact data clean and succinct
- Be proactive in finding missing data or correcting old information on lead / contact records
Experience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years B2B business development representative experience in an inside sales capacity role
- 3-4 years experience prospecting into healthcare providers (hospital health systems) at the C- Suite level (CIO, CTO, CMIO, etc.)
- 3-4 years industry experience within Healthcare Technology, MDM or Data Analytics / Integration
- Desire to sell
- Ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-moving environment
- Comfortable speaking on phone and Zoom video conferences
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to execute and define / refine process for others to leverage
