Job Title : Application Developer(.NET, Oracle PL / SQL, REST, Social Services Domain)

Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Experience designing application architectures and developing, deploying, and maintaining n-tier ASP.NET web applications using C# and .NET web services, serving in the role of Application Architect.
• Experience serving in an advisory capacity to IT management as an expert in web application architecture, software evaluation, proof of concept (POC) development, and mentoring developers on system architecture, design patterns, common utilities, and secure web application coding practices.
• Development experience using Oracle and PL / SQL, including expertise in PL / SQL package programming.
• Experience designing and coding RESTful web services.
• Experience leading development teams utilizing Agile methodology principles, serving in the title of Application Architect.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and system specifications, including creating formal documentation of application architecture and developer best practices, and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Development experience applying Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Development (OOAD) principles, serving in the title of Application Architect.
• Experience coding to meet web application security standards and protocols, serving in the title of Application Architect.
• Experience architecting, developing, and implementing technology solutions for social services programs such as Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, and TANF.
• Experience mentoring developers in GUI design and usability best practices, serving in the title of Application Architect.
