Quantitative Analytics Manager

Overview

Quantitative Analytics Manager at Affirm join the Merchant Pricing team to optimize portfolio segments, refine analytical tooling, and improve Affirms loan economics. This high-impact role focuses on developing analytical capabilities to enhance research infrastructure and support prudent, profitable growth.

What Youll Do

• Apply and develop AI-powered, machine learning models to simulate and analyze risk on Affirms loan portfolio
• Ideate, validate, implement, and track performance of pricing recommendations generated by discrete optimization methods
• Build expertise in the evolving data warehouse, risk models, and optimization methodologies
• Assist in launching user-level pricing experiments and monitor against model results
• Partner with Credit, Product, Engineering, Applied Machine Learning, Commercial, Finance and Capital Markets teams on company-wide initiatives

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year : $215,000 - $265,000

USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year : $191,000 - $241,000

Affirm is a remote-first company. The majority of roles are remote and you can work from most places in the country of employment. Some roles may require working from an office occasionally.
