Overview : We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to oversee large-scale roadway and bridge construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 510 years of experience managing field operations involving earthwork, concrete, and underground utilities . This position offers a long-term growth opportunity within a stable, employee-owned company known for delivering complex civil infrastructure projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all field construction activities for heavy civil projects
• Manage crews performing grading, excavation, concrete, and utility installations
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and productivity
• Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, equipment, and materials
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures on site
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to field teams
• Monitor progress and resolve field-related issues to keep projects on track
