Position Title : Provider Integration Specialist

Location : Norwood, OH 45212

Shift : Day (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM | 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM | 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM)

Duration : 16 Weeks | Monday-Friday | 40 hrs / week

Pay Rate : $43 / hr

Overview :

• Lead end-to-end provider onboarding and transition processes.
• Collaborate with medical staff, leadership, and operations for readiness.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive workflow improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methods.
• Build strong relationships across departments to support integration success.
