Arizona Licensed Authorization Representative

A company is looking for a PAS Pre-Service Authorization Representative to handle insurance authorization requests and verification.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and complete insurance authorization requests and verify patient insurance benefits

Document and maintain records of all referral activity and authorizations in appropriate systems

Respond to provider orders for tests and procedures, ensuring compliance with authorization standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required

Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare insurance and / or authorizations

Advanced abilities in common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

Excellent organizational and human relations skills are required
