Base Pay

This role has a minimum base pay from $15.24 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet store customers in a helpful manner and support store design walk-in needs
• Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers, while developing clientele through networking and referrals, as well as leads generated within the store
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for both residential and commercial projects
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions
• Manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects through all phases with a high level of accuracy, timeliness and follow-up including consistent and concise communication to customers and others
• Collaborate with store leadership and employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation, and achieve sales and other goals
• Enthusiastically support all company initiatives and goals by modeling and coaching best practices with store employees
• Engage in current and emerging design trends in your market
• Understand and utilize design applications such as Salesforce, the proprietary Online Design Appointment Scheduler, and MyProject
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical / Sensory Requirements

Medium Work – Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Store Hours

Monday - Friday 7 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM

Saturday 8 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Sunday 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
