Case Mix : Family practice including routine, emergency, and preventive care
FACILITY INFORMATION
Office Equipment Available : Standard primary care tools
Specialty Backup Available : Referral networks
Support Staff Available : Multidisciplinary team of medical professionals
Reason for Coverage : Ongoing staffing for expanding care delivery

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Comprehensive family medicine including diagnosis, treatment, and referrals
Preventive care and chronic disease management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses : Active Massachusetts medical license
Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Experience : Less than 1 year accepted
Other Qualifications :
- Residency completion in good standing
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Bilingual English / Spanish required
- Confidential and professional demeanor
- Ability to travel between sites
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive and continuing care in outpatient settings
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Participate in quality improvement and utilization review
Teach and mentor medical residents and students
Attend continuing education programs
Serve on related committees as needed
Represent the health center in the community and to external partners
Support strategic and department-wide improvement initiatives
