You will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, ensuring they find the right vehicle while delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Present and sell vehicles to customers, addressing their needs and preferences
• Handle all paperwork and financing documentation
• Educate customers on car features, maintenance, and warranties
• Be able to move around the cars
• Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Negotiate prices and finalize sales deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in our CRM system
• Utilize online marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Stay up to date on the latest car models and features
• Treat every customer with respect and personalized attention
