A company is looking for Contact Centre Clinicians (Dedicated Care Navigators).

Key Responsibilities

Support the Global Connect Team with care-related inquiries from clients via various communication channels

Conduct scheduled virtual / telephonic / chat calls with new and existing members, providing ongoing support and guidance

Maintain accurate records and data on systems used by the Contact Center

Required Qualifications

Clinical qualification as a psychologist, counsellor, or social worker with registration

Fluent in English

Competent in general mental health areas with a client service orientation

Computer literate and able to navigate online platforms efficiently

Ability to work independently and within a team under pressure
