We're looking for a growth-stage ready Senior Software Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team, responsible for building intuitive, high-performance user experiences across our healthcare logistics platform. This role will work with product managers and designers to implement user-facing features that directly impact how healthcare teams and patients interact with our AI-powered scheduling and workforce management solutions.

What You'll Do

• Implement responsive web applications and mobile experiences for clinicians, office teams, and patients
• Build performant React components and user interfaces that handle complex scheduling and logistics workflows
• Develop and maintain our React Native mobile application used by field clinicians in real-time
• Architect scalable frontend systems integrated with GraphQL APIs and real-time data streams
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Lead frontend code reviews and establish best practices for component architecture and state management
• Mentor junior engineers on modern frontend development patterns and healthcare application requirements
• Optimize application performance for mobile devices and varying network conditions in healthcare environments
