Duties
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
- Managing the hospital's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Transcribing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills
Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Customer Service Representative is REQUIREDProficiency in using Google Workspace and other computerized systemsStrong computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumesIf you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
