We're seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on a high-priority project at JFK Terminal One. This is a critical role for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about safety, quality, and coordination.

About the Role

As the Construction Superintendent, you'll oversee daily site operations, manage trade coordination, and ensure compliance with rigorous safety and quality standards. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, working closely with subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and client reps to keep the project moving smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily construction activities, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination of trades
• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA and PANYNJ safety protocols
• Monitor quality control to ensure work aligns with contract documents and design specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed documentation (daily reports, manpower logs, safety records)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
• Support project closeout procedures, including punch list completion and turnover

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $79.00 / hr.
