They will work with you to coordinate onboarding, book and pay for travel arrangements, and assist with any questions along the way.     Job Duties  Establishing infection control standards and procedures  Educating staff on how to prevent and control infections  Inform state and county organizations of any reportable infections and/or disease outbreak  Ensure quality care for all residents    Job Requirements/Qualifications  At least two years of clinical experience as an RN in a long-term care setting   Two years of recent infection control experience  Must be a certified Infection Control Specialist, including successful completion of the CIC exam  Active RN license in the state assigned, or in an eligible Nurse Compact State   Possess empathy and passion for serving others  Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members  Up-to-date certifications/compliance  Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association  Two-step TB test  Physical exam within the last 12 months      Benefits  Weekly
