Job Summary
Under the direction of the Technical Account Manager, the Conversion Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring that new dealer conversions assigned to them are performed properly and in a timely manner. The Conversion Technical Specialist is also responsible for assisting the dealer(s) throughout the entire conversion process. Will work directly with a Conversion Data Specialist on assigned conversions. Responsible for exemplifying policies and procedures of Becklar Monitoring Centers.

Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks :
? Project manage and lead all conversions assigned to them? Expected, and required, to work on multiple conversions at one time? Will serve as the primary face of the conversion and communicate with the dealers, including scheduling all calls and meetings throughout the conversion process? Tasked with completing and submitting any related documents, forms, or tickets internally and externally where necessary for their conversion(s)? Work with dealers to increase operational efficiency through automation, adjustment of schedule A procedures, help in streamlining reporting, and external facing training? Provide excellent customer service always and via all means? Work with Operations and Training to resolve complaints and concerns? Assist with projects as required, including data entry.? Provide necessary assistance to other Becklar Monitoring personnel to establish and maintain efficient office procedures, practices, and routines, performing administrative work, and running reports? Work with other team members, including the Conversion Data Specialist, to find a solution to needs and problems? Work with Technical Services specialists for any action plans or action plan edits that meet dealer requests? Understand and show knowledge of Stages? Mentor by educating and supporting Becklar Monitoring team members in regard to Stages functions, data cleanup / entry, and all aspects of the conversion process? Problem solve with team members to ensure signal processing is correct, even in unique circumstances? Proactively identify areas that require process improvement? Communicate new trainings or changes to procedures as needed? Respond promptly to all dealer requests and questions? Communicate with Technical Account Lead, Technical Account Manager, and their Conversion Data Specialist cohort any and all necessary information throughout the conversion process? Maintain individual KPI'sJob Qualifications / Skill Requirements :
? Maintain a consistent and predictable schedule & work 40 hrs / week? Be available to work holidays and weekends as needed? No disciplinary action past a verbal warning? High School diploma or equivalent experience required? Minimum of 2 years prior experience in Dealer Services or telecommunication processes? Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Products? Must be able to read and speak clearly in English? Strong interpersonal skills? Ability to work cohesively within a team environment? Self-manage with minimal supervision? Create and manage project workflows and communications? Solve problems effectively
