Key Responsibilities

Drive product rollout, adoption, and growth for customers and partners

Provide training and support on advanced features and respond to customer inquiries

Assist in building and troubleshooting Dashboards or Workflows and address escalations

Proven customer support or relevant experience

Technical expertise in product features and tools

Experience with data analysis and information systems

Proficiency in using software programs and mobile applications
