• The primary duties and responsibilities of this position are to perform service and maintenance on Power Plus rental generators.
• This requires the technician to work in the shop and occasionally drive to customer sites, interact with customers in a professional and manner, and fill out inspection paperwork indicating the performance of the generator.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Fuel, operate and maintain generators Assist in the installation of rental generators at various sites, including telecommunication facilities, existing structures, and construction trailers, for example.
• Order parts for repairs as needed Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of generator systems, including but not limited to performing engine oil and coolant services, servicing and priming fuel system.

COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Diesel generator experience a plus.
• Technical schooling, automotive or transportation fields, commercial, residential electric and or like military experience would be a plus.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical theory and application.

Class A license required. Total Estimated Compensation:
