Our client is a rapidly growing sports equipment and facility solutions company specializing in baseball, softball, golf, and soccer products. Following a major acquisition, the company's operations and production has doubled in size and is continuing to scale quickly. The hiring manager for this role was employee #1 and has helped build the foundation of the company. As the Senior Operations Manager , you'll oversee and optimize operations across Georgia and Massachusetts. You'll directly manage three warehouse managers and indirectly lead approximately 20 warehouse and production team members. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, improving processes, and supporting continued growth.

What You'll Do :

• Take ownership of two key Georgia facilities (Atlanta area) and one Massachusetts facility.
• Directly manage three warehouse managers (two in Georgia, one in Massachusetts), while providing indirect leadership to warehouse and production staff across both states.
• Drive operational excellence : set production schedules, optimize warehouse layouts for safety and efficiency, and manage operational KPIs.
• Oversee seasonal production planning (August–April), including staffing ramp-ups and inventory control.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on product development and customized solutions.
• Control product costs within ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Travel to Georgia approximately every two months to engage with local teams and ensure smooth operational execution.
