Corporate Counsel (State Licensed)

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on public company and corporate securities law matters, including SEC reporting and compliance

Draft and review SEC filings and coordinate the review of earnings and press releases

Support corporate governance matters and assist with corporate transactions and shareholder engagement

Required Qualifications

Law degree from a U.S. accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. State bar

10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with in-house experience

Proven management skills and broad experience in U.S. corporate and securities law matters

Exceptional critical thinking skills with strong business acumen and judgment

Self-starter with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
