Nortridge Loan System Expert

A company is looking for a Nortridge Loan System Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary SME for the Nortridge Loan System, providing expert functional and technical guidance

Analyze and document post-conversion challenges, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues

Liaise with the Nortridge vendor and third-party providers to manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise with the Nortridge Loan System, including configuration and troubleshooting

Experience with LMS conversions, preferably from GOLDPoint to Nortridge

Strong vendor management skills

Ability to simplify complex issues for executive stakeholders

Background in financial services or loan servicing environments is preferred
