Salary : $45,000-$65,000 annually

Summary

This position is responsible for training and providing ongoing support to clients in relation to Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple business units, ensuring seamless integration and effective use of Salesforce to meet client needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to delivering exceptional support and driving successful outcomes.

Position Responsibilities

• Gather clients business requirements and transform these into technical requirements for Salesforce design
• Leverage Salesforce best practices to minimize the need for custom development
• Write technical documentation for clients outlining standard operating procedures
• Accurately execute training modules with EBQ customers
• Audit Salesforce and provide detailed plan to optimize configuration
• Identify and communicate project risks and issues in a timely manner
• Effectively migrate and implement Salesforce for new organizations
• Work with EBQs customers to understand their unique business needs and then customize Salesforce to meet business requirements
• Develop relationships with clients and confidently demonstrate business process expertise when advising client executives and stakeholders
• Create and manage custom field and objects, flows, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrations
• Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based on client needs
• Manipulate data and import into Salesforce using various ETL tools
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality in order to provide recommendations for process improvements to EBQs clients
• Effectively manage task within EBQs project management system
• Retain and accurately apply the training and direction received from management
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and values
• Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients
• Perform other duties as assigned
