Senior Recruiter

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Remote) - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full life-cycle requisition workload and build a network of candidates

Source candidates through social media, networks, and employee referrals

Provide tracking and analysis of sourcing methods and report results to management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience

Familiarity with employment laws and compliance issues

Experience with iCMS ATS is preferred

Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively

Effective interface with management
