This exceptional brew is then immediately flash-frozen into capsules, preserving its peak flavor and freshness. With Cometeer, enjoying high-quality hot coffee, iced coffee, latte, or more is as simple as melting a frozen puck. Cometeer's patented technology, envisioned by founder Matt and developed with co-founder Doug, an MIT-trained engineer, stems from a shared mission : to elevate coffee consumption and make specialty coffee accessible to all.

As a Store Manager, you will :

• Lead with Excellence : Oversee state-of-the-art Cometeer kiosks and serve as the bridge between our Regional Sales Goals and our Brand Ambassadors.
• Develop and Motivate Teams : Train, mentor, and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional results.
• Drive Performance : Ensure optimal inventory management, streamline shift scheduling, and exceed sales targets.
• Fuel Subscription Growth : Play a key role in expanding our customer base by driving subscription sign-ups.

This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, on-site leadership role located at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.
