Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Compensation Analyst based in Irvine, CA office. This role is an IN OFFICE opportunity.
This position will be responsible for providing consultative support and administration related to compensation planning, analysis and research.
General Responsibilities
Provide compensation analysis, benchmarking, reporting and problem solving in support of the companies compensation programs
Participate in compensation surveys and conducts ad-hoc market research
Lead and assist with the design development, implementation and administration of compensation programs such as long / short-term incentive programs and bonus structures.
Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local compensation regulations.
Manage medium / large scale compensation projects
Research compensation best practices and policies, and proposes new and improved programs / practices based on organizational needs.
Lead the annual pay planning and merit review process.

Office Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum seven (5) years of experience as an HRBP, Compensation Consultant or other client facing role in Human Resources.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment
Maintain a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
Excellent knowledge of CompAnalyst Salary.com software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate and interact professionally with all levels of management
Ability to work autonomously / independently, yet be an integral part of an overall team environment
Advanced Excel skills : VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, Formulas
HRIS : Workday and or Oracle
BA Preferred
