Location : Salisbury, MD

Shift : Rotational

Pay Range : $29.00 – $46.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $20,000

Relocation Assistance : Up to $2,500

Job Summary :

Pride Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist / Technician to perform, evaluate, and interpret a variety of diagnostic lab tests. You'll ensure accuracy, maintain lab instruments, validate new testing methods, and support the training and mentoring of staff and students — all while upholding the highest standards of lab safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and complex tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, urinalysis, and blood bank.
• Ensure accuracy and clinical relevance of test results; maintain quality control and instruments.
• Assist in developing and implementing new test procedures.
• Participate in lab education, competency assessments, and mentoring.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, JCAHO).
• Support workflow with administrative and technical duties.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency coverage as needed.
