About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join our Clinical Operations leadership team, reporting to the Vice President. This role will be a key leader in strengthening our care team as we continue innovating on the delivery of musculoskeletal care enabled by advanced technology. The Director will lead efficiency-driving initiatives, including the adoption of technology and ongoing performance improvements across our health coaches, physical therapists, and other care team members. This leader will ensure consistency across all care team processes to drive member safety, engagement, service excellence and clinical rigor. You have a track record of operational excellence and will drive the team towards consistently meeting or exceeding targets and delivering Best in Class services through demonstrated quality, customer service, and financial metrics. This role partners closely with Quality, Learning & Development, Product, and other cross‑functional teams to achieve key results for the Clinical Operations organization.
