Position Summary :

Provides clerical support for inbound and outbound logistical operations. Coordinates inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities in order to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs. Supports a variety of logistical functions, including sourcing, receiving, purchasing, and dispatching.

Key Responsibilities :

Receiving & Shipping Functions :

• Oversee the accurate and timely receipt of inbound shipments, ensuring all documentation is verified.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation and scheduling of transportation.

Minimum Qualifications :

High School or Associate’s Degree preferred

Relative Experience within warehouse and logistics operations

Effective communication

Desired Qualifications :

JDE, TMS, DSI

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization

A proven track record of results with a bias for action

A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture

Physical Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, this position entails use of ladders and catwalks to reach production equipment, regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to extreme cold for extended periods of time. The associate frequently works in high, precarious places. The associate is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
